Not sure. You may need to call them. They are usually quick anf seating had not been a problem during the day. Evenings might be different.
Probably, but I would ask the Manager first to be sure
Yes, they have an outdoor patio
Yes.. the bar is fully stocked
There is street parking all around Sundance Square. If you go on weekends or after 6 p.m. you don't have to pay the parking meters.
Ordered online. Arrive at restaurant, and food isn't ready. No prob, I can wait...... 30 mins later they give my order away...... 20 mins later I finally get my food...no apologies, no nada.
Healthy and delicious food. Loved it!
Very friendly staff and the food is delicious. I enjoyed lunch there and will definitely come back.
Pricey for a poke bowl with minimal options. DFW has got to step up their poke game! The tea options were good, though. I appreciated a sweet tea option with Stevia.
Food is normally really good but I don't recommend buying through doordash cause they never seem to get it right, I orderd a bowl with white rice and no veggies, and I got no rice and nothing but veggies.
I was extremely skeptical because the reviews for this location weren't the best. BUT I walked in and was greeted warmly, the gentleman took the time to explain the menu and make a suggestion. I got the BBQ Banh Mi bowl and wow it was AMAZING. The pickled veggies and chicken were to die for. Everything was extremely fresh. I went in again tonight (as the first visit was earlier in the week) to see if my good experience was a fluke, but I was served just as promptly and got extremely flavorful and fresh ingredients. This time, I got the white rice with white chicken teriyaki and added an array of veggies. Will DEFINITELY be going back for these healthy, flavorful options.
Miso soup was bland, all of the tables outside were off level. Lacks variety in their sushi.
I eat here often and it is always made fresh and tastes very good. I like the variety of options and I like the people who work there. Price seems about right. Loyalty card is worth it.
I’ve tried this place a few times, really wanting to have a local Asian joint I can rely on regularly. Unfortunately, after a long day at work and a long commute, understanding how to order food at this place is EXHAUSTING. So many options. So many choices. The menu is as long as War and Peace and I can literally have it anyway I want it, which you’d think is a good thing, but it just doesn’t work for me. And the the food is just ... okay.
I loved this place, it's like the Chipotle of Japanese. You choose what you want in your bowl and they make it for you. I will warm you, the jalapenos are very spicy🌶. It is my new favorite Teriyaki place.
☆I went with a friend to try something new. The food was great!! A lot of variety. The workers were not very welcoming. We stood at the register for a few minutes watching people walk back and forth before anyone said anything. The restaurant is decorated nice. We enjoyed our meals on the patio in the beautiful TX weather.☆
I liked the food and on Mondays they have 2 for 1 sushi rolls
Incredibly fresh Asian cuisine. I've only eaten here a couple of times, but if you're looking for deep fried or MSG you won't find it here. My orange chicken was diced grilled chicken. Probably the healthiest orange chicken I've eaten and it was full of flavor.
I eat here in person or by app at least once or twice a week. Friendly staff and beautiful fresh food. I couldn't be happier with the service!
Love this place. Salmon is always cooked to perfection
My favorite! Fresh, healthy and so good! Definitely try the lettuce wraps!
My wife and I arrived at the Fort Worth location and there was no line we had to wait about five minutes before anyone would acknowledge us. We placed an order for a build your own bowl and two rolls the bowl came out very quickly which was nice and she said our role would come soon. It has now been 30 minutes the rolls are here. No apology for the long wait. Just placed the rolls on the table and turned to quickly get back to the counter. The food was excellent. Just wished I could have enjoyed with my wife. Watching her eat then she watch me eat was not what we had planned. Food alone I would rate 4 stars. Work on better customer service.
Sushi rice is kind of dry sometimes, and they have a limited selection of rolls available, but it's fine if you're just looking for a quick, cheap bite
Fresh is the operative word for this wonderful, casual dining spot. The no carb (double veggie) option was welcome, and just the right mix of very fresh veggies, lightly grilled per my request, topped with dark chicken and sesame seeds. The sugar-free sauce on the side allowed me to dip as much as I wanted and not drown the rest of the bowl. Flavorful and filling! The Miso soup was spot on. The broth hot and tasty, with fresh tofu and green onions added just before serving. I am curious to try the soba noodles on a later visit.but for now, the perfect meal on a rainy night.
Such great food at fair prices! This is my new favorite place, I’m getting sushi from here regularly. The bowls are also amazing! The staff has always been super helpful and nice!
I have eaten at this location several times. The food is always fresh. The staff is courteous and do a good job. I haven't tried all of the dishes on the menu, but I have yet to be disappointed. If you like sushi don't miss 2 for 1 Monday evenings. I went last night and had a great dinner for a very reasonable price.
Kind and quick service. I built my own bowl and the cashier had all the best suggestions. I really filled up on a regular size order.
A place where you can eat clean and healthy high protein low carbs. Or if you want carbs you can have clean carbs bam
My first time there, it was absolutely horrible. I called the order in and when i arrived the restaurant was not busy and the gentleman in front of me waited 50 minutes for his order. I waited 30 minutes after arriving and watched one girl do everything while the other 3 employees i seen doing nothing but looking at each other until she closed the store. Then they started cleaning the cook area while customers are still waiting. So this poor cashier went around and finished our orders. I am not impressed and will most likely not return.
First impressions matter. Our cashier was distracted by another employee over some paperwork question, as she was taking our order. She just stopped mid sentence and ignored us TWICE after asking us questions about our order. We answered her questions, and then once she was done with her coworker conversation, asked us the same questions again about our order. The food was just OK. My build your own bowl had a base of sweet potatoes with many chunks of potatoes with dark "eyes" & skins still on them. The lack of customer service training & poor people skills is the #1 reason that my first visit was my last.
Asian food is hit of miss for me. This place was a hit for sure. Great atmosphere, fantastic food. It was probably healthy, but it was so yummy who cares. I'll be going back for sure.
Great customer service experience. Great place for an alternative to fast food when you are on the go. Definitely get the mobile app! We had an item missing from our to go order and when we called today to resolve it Shay handled it flawlessly and without question. Great atmosphere, family friendly, definitely recommend!
Absolutely love this place. My boyfriend and I started a Tokyo Mondays tradition because of their 2 for 1 Sushi Nights and are never disappointed.
Wow! I tried the Poke' Tacos on Tues and was blown away, but the Create-A-Bowl with Salmon I made yesterday was fantastic too. While Shalum is my favorite staffer so far, (he remembered my visit for lunch with my son- even though it was probably 6 weeks before) Ashley shined beautifully yesterday. Great Hiring/Training Tokyo Joe's, it definitely makes me want to come more often. (2x this week alone)
Ssssoooooooo gooooood!! The staff was so friendly and helpful, vegan options on pretty much everything! Definitely going to come back!!
Basic options, tea bar, poke bowls, nothing to go bragging about. They do deliver so if you want sushi at home it is good.
Very good food at a good price. Great staff
Food was alright, but I would suggest not delivering food to the table with the food stained printer receipt stuck on top of your food. Pretty sure that’s against health code and is not super appetizing. In hindsight I should have asked for a new bowl.
Food is very fresh. Serving size is good. Staff helpful and friendly. Many options for all tastes.
Had an excellent experience here on my travels for work, so much so I ate here twice and took food to go when I left Dallas. I wish I could remember the man's name who was my cashier because he was great, he walked me through the entire menu. Food was excellent and the build your owns are fun to get creative. Not authentic Asian cuisine but take it for what it is and you wont be disappointed. I'd go back if I had one near me.
Oh my goodness. I ordered Tokyo Joe’s on door dash because I was craving teriyaki chicken bad. I was stoked to see I could custom add my own veggies and carb. So I loaded it up with broccoli, carrots, sweet potatoes, and onion. It’s absolutely delicious and I’m excited that nothing was over cooked or mushy. I’m a huge texture person and I was really happy with this order. I also tried the pork pot stickers. Delicious. I wish the app let you choose own fried over steamed but regardless I’m happy with it. Will definitely order again.
Kathy is the best!! She's always so welcoming and accommodating. She always walks us through the menu to make sure we get exactly what we want. Thank you Kathy!
Went today for the first time with my family. I was skeptical to say the least. When people say "Fresh" or "healthy" its always interesting to see what their version of those words are. I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered a build your own bowl with Udon noodles, broccoli, carrots, spinach and avocado with a teriyaki sauce. I am an extremely picky eater, I like my food to be fresh, hot and the atmosphere to be clean. It was all of those. My husband enjoyed his bento box and my daughter loved her rice and chicken. It took a little while to get the food, but it was worth it. Our veggies were bright and flavorful, the noodles were cooked perfectly. I don't remember the employees name behind the counter but he was very knowledgeable about the menu and explained how it worked. Very excited to be able to eat Asian food again. We will be back. Hopefully they can keep it up.
I am throughly disappointed with my first and most definitely last visit to this franchise. My husband and I came in to get a nice quick "healthy" meal. We each got a "signature" bowl and neither of us finished 1/4 of it. The noodles are like play-dough except play-dough has more flavor. Our entire bowl felt like it had just been microwaved and the chicken was terrible. The surf and turf bowl came with a pound of rice, 3 shrimp and 8 thin inch long slices of steak. Sauces on both bowls were over processed and left a odd film on the inside of your mouth. Ended up being a "healthy" meal since we only had 4 bites each.
Normally love Tokyo Joe's. I was disappointed when I placed a door Dash order for a poke sushi bowl to be delivered to my hotel room and didn't get soy sauce. Definitely put me in a bind and instead of enjoying my delivery, I Drove around town for 20 min, looking for some and when I called, I was rudely told that they don't actually give any soy sauce out unless otherwise requested..... For a sushi bowl! I was then instructed to go to the restaurant so they can just give me some soy sauce. Honestly my food is cold now and I'd rather eat somewhere else next time. Surprisingly Tokyo Joe's now has a pretty bad taste in my mouth. Maybe in the future ya'll should provide soy sauce with all sushi orders....... Especially delivery!
Was Better than I expectedFully Recommend
Really friendly here and the food is good. Haven't had a bad thing yet
Yakitori sauce is da bomb
Great poke bowl and fast service.
Second time back to Tokyo Joes. Folks are friendly here and the build your own bowl is splendid
Decided to order the new wings and they are simply delicious! The manager threw a complementary drink since I decided to try the new wings they offered and Monday's are buy 1 get 1 sushi free :). I recommend this place- calm and chill hidden place.
Not great tasting and took forever to get food. Just ok.
I am from Japan and I must say that this restaurant should change their menu: from Ramen to just Chicken and Veggie noodle. I am sure that they have never eaten Japanese/authentic Ramen before. I highly recommend them visiting Santouka in Plano and learn how to cook Japanese Ramen. I am sorry but I am totally disappointed.
First time visiting this place. Cashier was super helpful explaining the menu to us. Our food was fresh and they have great healthy options which was a definite plus. We will definitely become regulars at this spot in the future.
My absolute favorite place to get poke bowls to go! Fast and great customer service. Recently, a friend surprised me with a poke bowl for my birthday, but had no idea what toppings to include with it. It was his first visit there, but he said staff was very helpful and patient with his vague description of things I may like. He said he and the employee that helped him were enjoying the guessing game. He wanted to commend them for their great customer service.
